Some Y Nut clients are looking for a personalized meal plan to help them achieve their goals. Thus, I offer a unique plant-based meal plan for you. Because I want this plan to be appropriate and successful, I consider essential to meet and learn about your nutrition background, health status, daily schedule, cooking skills, food likes and dislikes, and your nutrition and health goals among other things. I recommend you bring to our first meeting a recent food diary where you have recorded your food intake for at least a week. After our initial assessment I will take 2 to 3 business days to create your personalized meal plan and we will have a follow-up session when we consider appropriate to go over your goals and, if necessary, revise your meal plan.
