Vegan cornbread

This is probably one of the healthiest cornbread recipe you will find and still quite moist and easy to make. Give it a try!


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F
  2. Combine all dry ingredients together (corn meal, 100% whole wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder) in a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined. 
  3. Add the other ingredients and stir until well combined. The batter will be somewhat thick.
  4. Use a spoon or spatula to transfer the batter into an 9" x 9" silicone baking pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes and enjoy!
