This is a great substitution for regular chocolate milk. It is vegan, no added sugars and made with healthy whole plant-based ingredients. The sweetness comes from the dates and the banana. The raw walnuts add a creamy texture without the need of adding vegetable milk and are a source of heart-healthy plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. Also, it is low in fat and calories.
